Demolition, Debris Removal & Property Cleanup

A Clear Plan Before Any Demolition

You work directly with Devin to define what comes down, what stays and how the debris will be removed. We assess the structure, surrounding property, access and equipment needs before quoting. Larger projects are reviewed for utility isolation, required approvals, specialist work and insurance requirements before a date is confirmed. You approve the scope and price first; any changes require your approval.

Your Demolition & Property Cleanup Plan

WHAT YOUR QUOTE INCLUDES

Demolition and property cleanup can include teardown, dismantling, brush clearing, loading and debris haul-off. During the free on-site estimate, Devin reviews what comes down, what stays and the finished result you want. Your written quote defines the removal boundaries, included labor and equipment, debris hauling and disposal, and the agreed cleanup result. Concrete, foundations, excavation, grading, repairs and rebuilding are included only when specifically listed.

BEFORE WORK BEGINS

Identify belongings, structures, landscaping and surfaces that must stay. Provide access for the agreed equipment and loading area, and tell Devin about buried lines, septic systems, wells or other known site concerns. Keep people and pets out of the work area. We agree on preparation and who is responsible for any required approvals or specialist work before the job starts.

UTILITIES & SPECIALIST WORK

Electrical, gas, water and other connections serving the work area must be safely disconnected or isolated by the appropriate provider or qualified professional before teardown. Utility disconnection is separate from demolition and haul-off unless specifically arranged in the quote. Required approvals, specialist work and project-specific insurance requirements must be resolved before work begins. We do not handle asbestos, chemicals, medical waste or unknown hazardous materials.

CHANGES REQUIRE YOUR APPROVAL

You approve the scope and price before we start. If you request more work or we uncover conditions outside the agreed scope, we pause the affected work. Devin explains the proposed change, additional price and any schedule impact, and records your approval before proceeding. Work you have not approved remains outside the quote.

Photos are optional. We confirm the schedule directly with you and can plan larger projects in agreed stages. Call or text Devin at (352) 734-2684 to arrange your free in-person estimate.

Demolition Questions, Answered

What types of structures do you demolish?
We handle a wide range of demolition and property cleanup projects, including unwanted buildings and structures, dismantling and debris removal. Contact Devin with what you need removed and the result you want. The on-site estimate reviews the structure, access, materials, equipment, hauling and applicable requirements, then sets out the work and price in your quote. Photos are optional.
How do you handle demolition debris?
We separate recyclable metal and other accepted materials when practical. What can be recycled depends on the material, its condition and local facility rules.
How do you handle safety during demolition?
We plan each teardown around the structure, surrounding property and access. We do not handle asbestos, chemicals, medical waste or unknown hazardous materials; jobs involving those require an appropriate specialist.
How long does a demolition project take?
Timing depends on the structure, materials, access, equipment, required approvals and disposal hours. Devin provides a realistic schedule after the on-site assessment. Larger projects may need multiple visits or stages; submitting a request does not reserve a demolition date.
How are demolition permits and approvals handled?
Permit requirements vary by city, county, property type and project scope. The property owner should confirm any required permits before work starts, and we will flag projects that appear to need additional review.
