I’m Devin, owner of Outlaw Junk Removal Co., a family-owned business based in Lake City. Call or text me directly about your cleanup, free in-person estimate and schedule. You approve the scope and price before we start; we handle the lifting, loading and haul-off.
General liability insurance: $1 million per occurrence and $2 million general aggregate through NEXT Insurance. A certificate of insurance is available upon request. Coverage is subject to policy terms, conditions and exclusions.

Business hours: Monday–Saturday, 5 AM–6 PM Eastern. Closed Sunday. Estimates and service visits are by confirmed appointment; Saturday appointments require direct confirmation with Devin.
1. Tell Devin what needs to go
Call or text (352) 734-2684, or use the estimate button. Share your service address, a brief description and your preferred time. Photos are optional—we are happy to look in person. Devin confirms availability; a request does not reserve a date.
2. Know what your quote includes
During your free in-person estimate, we agree on the items or areas to clear, what stays, access and the finished result. Your quote sets out the included lifting, loading, haul-off and disposal, plus any specifically agreed demolition or other work. You approve the scope and price before we begin.
3. Prepare the space; we handle the lifting
Mark belongings you want to keep, clear the access route and tell Devin about stairs, tight spaces or heavy items. Keep children and pets clear of the work area. Appliances must be emptied and ready for removal; utility disconnection is separate from haul-off. For demolition, we agree on removal boundaries, utility preparation and required approvals before work starts. You do not need to carry ready-to-remove items to the curb.
Extra work is your decision
Added items, expanded demolition or unexpected conditions may change the quote. We pause the affected work, explain the additional scope, price and schedule impact, and record your approval before proceeding. We do not perform unapproved extras.
We can come ready to work when preparation, scope and scheduling allow. You work directly with Devin throughout the process.

Requests and estimates
We offer free in-person estimates. Submitting a website or Jobber request does not book an estimate or removal job. Preferred dates and times are requests only. Devin will contact you and confirm availability before an appointment is scheduled. Saturday appointments require direct confirmation; we do not schedule Sundays.
Pricing and scope
Prices provided from photos or descriptions are ballpark estimates. Final scope and pricing are confirmed before work begins. Pricing depends on volume, weight, labor, access and any special handling. Extra items or a change in scope must be discussed and approved before additional work is performed. Demolition scope and applicable requirements are assessed on-site.
Payment
Residential invoices are due upon receipt. Commercial invoices default to Net 30, meaning payment is due 30 days after the invoice date. Any separately agreed payment arrangement will be stated on the accepted quote or invoice.
Access, changes and disposal
Please provide an accurate service address, describe the items and access concerns, and identify exactly what should be removed. Contact us promptly if you need to change an appointment. We donate reusable items and recycle accepted materials when practical; remaining material goes to an appropriate disposal facility. Donation and recycling depend on condition and facility acceptance.

Information we collect
We collect the details you provide, such as your name, company name, email, phone number, service and billing addresses, job description, preferred appointment time and optional photos. We also maintain estimates, appointment details, invoices, payment records and related communications. Please avoid sending identification documents, passwords, payment-card numbers or unrelated sensitive information in request forms or photos.
How we use information
We use this information to respond to requests, assess work, prepare estimates, confirm appointments, perform services, process invoices and payments, and maintain business records. If you choose to receive marketing emails, we use your contact details for that purpose; you may unsubscribe or contact us to stop marketing emails. Service communications may continue as needed for an active request or job.
Service providers and other disclosures
Our website is hosted through Zarla. Jobber handles our request forms, client records, estimates, scheduling and invoices. Payment providers process online payments. Email, phone and social platforms also process communications sent through them. These providers handle information under their own applicable policies. We may share relevant details with people helping perform your requested service, or when needed to meet legal obligations or resolve a dispute. Customer request details are not sold as contact lists.
Website and platform data
Website, form and social-platform providers may collect technical information, including IP address, browser/device information, cookies and usage data. Their policies and available browser or platform settings explain their practices and controls. Outlaw uses social advertising; this notice does not claim that all advertising or analytics tracking is disabled.
Photos, records and your choices
Photos submitted with requests are used to understand and document the work. We ask permission before using customer-submitted photos for public marketing. We retain information as needed for service, business records, accounting and legal obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information; records that must be retained may be excluded. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. No internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
